An interview with author Helly Acton - Disgraceful Magazine

When voluntarily freelancing for a new feminist magazine, I arranged and completed an interview with exciting and fresh author, Helly Acton.

I spoke to Helly about what it is like to have a debut book, especially one that revolves so heavily around feminism, and the process behind writing 'The Shelf'.

As one of my first fully self-produced interviews with a creative, this piece was exciting and fulfilling for myself as a writer and as a journalist.
